If you have a complaint
At C3 Grow, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all of our members and visitors. Our hope is that everyone is treated, at all times, with respect and we can provide a safe environment for all. If we fall short of this, we’d appreciate hearing from you so that we can work towards an appropriate resolution and take any necessary action.

For general questions, assistance, and prayer, please connect with our C3 Grow team here. This is also the place for complaints and feedback that are less serious and/or complex in nature.

If the matter is serious or sensitive, please email Ps Steve directly, at steve@c3grow.org
If the matter pertains directly to the Senior Pastors - Ps Steve or Ps Dawn, you would just prefer to speak to somebody other than them, please email Andrew Wood at awood@xtra.co.nz
Andrew Wood is not a member of C3 Grow. His responsibility in this process is to receive the email, relay it to C3 Grow’s board (apart from members involved in the complaint) and hold the board accountable to an appropriate response. You can view Andrew’s credentials here.
